By law we regret we cannot exchange or refund open and/or used products after purchase date.
We at Willem Botha Beauty take great pride in ensuring that your order undergoes a quality check before it is sent out. We use a third party for delivery and can’t guarantee that the parcel is cared for by the delivery team. If a product does arrive damaged after delivery, simply send us an email and we will gladly replace the damaged product.
Yes. We offer nationwide makeup delivery across South Africa, including Gauteng, Cape Town, Durban and all major areas.

Delivery within Gauteng takes 3-5 business days. Delivery outside Gauteng takes 5-7 business days.
